Fees on estimate: after having studied the ission, the agent and the principal freely agree to the signature of an estimate adapted to their wish which will be mentioned in the mandate

For sale :
In case of inter-firm, our fees will not exceed the values expressed in the present scale as well as the value indicated on the mandate of sale and / or search granted by the principal.

For the location :
Fees payable by the tenant: 13 E including tax per m2

Visiting fees for the lessee, preparation of his file and drafting of the lease: €8 including tax per m2

Fees for carrying out the inventory: €3 including tax per m2
